On August 15, 2016, the Community Foundation of Palm Beach and Martin Counties notified the Conservancy that it has an endowed designated fund for Grassy Waters Conservancy. This anonymous endowment will provide a distribution to the Conservancy of approximately $3,700 annually. In April 2017 the Conservancy received its first distribution. These funds will be used for projects and programs at the Preserve.
