Meet our 2024 Grassy Waters Summer Interns!

Grassy Waters Conservancy, with support from the Kate Svitek Memorial Foundation, is excited to introduce our 2024 summer interns!

Erin Nadel is a soph­o­more at the University of Florida majoring in Environmental Science with a minor in Philosophy.  Erin is from Boynton Beach, FL.

juana-baudrix

Juana Baudrix is a graduate student in Geo­sci­ences at Florida Atlantic University.  She holds a BS in Environmental Science from North Carolina Wesleyan University.  Juana is from Balcarce, Argentina.

These two paid internships are sponsored by the Grassy Waters Conservancy and the Kate Svitek Memorial Foundation.  The interns will assist with Summer camp programs for students in the City of West Palm Beach public school system and city recreations centers which provide summer camp programs. This is the 7th year the Conservancy and Kate Svitek Memorial Foundation have provided the funds for the Nature Center summer camp interns.
